万向节用冲压外圈滚针轴承设计及其质量控制

Design Method and Quality Control for Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearing Used on Universal Joint

目前 ,国内绝大部分万向节采用热挤轴承万向节 ,很少使用钢板冲压外圈。对钢板冲压外圈替代热挤轴承外圈工艺作了深入的分析 ,并提出了设计方法、技术标准和检验规则。试验结果表明 ,钢板冲压外圈工艺替代热挤外圈工艺是可行的。附参考文献 3篇。

The paper deeply analyzes the technology in which hot extrusion out races of universal joint bearings is replaced by pressed outer races, puts forwards new design method and technique standard and inspection rule. The test result shows that the technology is available.
