摘要
对GCr1 8Mo钢等温淬火全B下 组织及B下/M复合组织进行透射电镜分析 ,对残余应力和残余奥氏体进行测试 ,同时进行接触疲劳寿命对比试验 ,试验表明 ,全B下 组织的疲劳寿命优于B下/M复合组织的寿命。附图 7幅 ,表5个 ,参考文献 3篇。
The transmission electron microscope analysis has been made for structure of lower bainite and lower bainite/M of GCr18Mo steel austempered. Residual stress and austenite content have been examined, and contact fatigue life test have been made. The test results shows that the fatigue life of lower bainite orgainization is better than lower bainite/M organization.
