采空区CO分布规律的数值分析及其应用 被引量:7

Numerical Analysis of Distribution Laws of Carbon Monoxide in Coal Mine Goaf

摘要 为研究煤矿采空区内CO的分布规律,以某煤矿为例构建计算流体力学模型,布置工作面、支架部分以及回风巷不同高度的监测点,利用Fluent模拟不同监测点的CO浓度百分比。研究结果表明,在距工作面较近的采空区内CO呈现向回风侧运移的趋势,从进风侧向回风侧CO浓度逐渐增大,在上隅角处达到最大;上隅角和回风巷是整个煤矿CO浓度较高的区域;在垂直方向上,CO浓度随高度的变化呈线性关系,但CO浓度整体变化较小;上隅角处产生的浮力、风流呈现涡流形式,造成上隅角CO积聚。 In order to research distribution laws of carbon monoxide in mine goaf, a certain mine is taken as an example to build the computational fluid mechanics model, and monitoring points are laid out in working face, powered support and return air roadway in different hight. The software of Fluent is used to simulate the concentration percentage of carbon monoxide at different monitoring points. The results show that carbon monoxide trends to the side of return air roadway in the goal near the working face, and the con- centration of carbon monoxide increases gradually from the intake air roadway to the return air roadway, and achieves the maximum in the upper corner place. The upper corner and return air roadway are the places where the concentration of carbon monoxide is much higher than any other areas in the whole mine. In the vertical direction, concentration of carbon monoxide is in a linear relationship with the height, but the overall concentration changes a little. The buoyancy produced in the upper corner makes the wind into rotating forms, which causes the accumulation of carbon monoxide in the upper corner.
