摘要
为了尽可能地减少生产安全事故的发生,借鉴安太堡露天矿的管理经验,在安家岭露天矿安全风险预控管理体系建设的基础上,以该矿的安全管理工作为依据,实现事故考核、综合考核、质量标准化考核各项工作系统化、信息化管理,应用"戴明理论",使用计算机技术,设计一套先进的、科学的安家岭露天矿安全风险预控管理信息系统。
To reduce the occurrence of coal safety accidents, drawing lessons from the experience of management of Antaibao Open - pit, based on setting risk pre-control management system of Anjialing Open-pit, in accordance with its safety management, applying Daiming theory and computer technology, in order to realize the system and information management of assessment work about the safety accidents, the whole inspection and the coal mine safety quality standardization , the paper proposes a design of the advanced scientific risk pre- control management information system.
