新型无机房电梯测速装置的研制

Development on Speed Measuring Device of Machine-roomless Elevator

电梯的额定速度是电梯的最主要参数之一。目前无机房电梯的速度测试仪器价格昂贵,操作复杂且无法实时显示测试内容。本文根据无机房电梯的特点,提出一种在电梯底坑测试无机房电梯速度的新方法。该方法通过测试电梯底坑内限速器绳的速度,间接测试出无机房电梯的运行速度,并研制出相应的无机房电梯速度测试装置。理论分析和实验验证均证明该方案是可行,有效的。

Rated speed is one of the most important parameters of the elevator. For machine-roomless elevator, the speed test equipment is expensive, complex and can not be displayed in real time. According to the characteristics of machine-roomless elevator, this paper proposes a new method which tests the speed of machine- roomless elevator in the pit. The method tests the running speed by testing the limiter rope speed in the pit. The speed device is developed based on this method. The theoretical analysis and experimental verification both prove that the program is feasible and effective.
