摘要
为了给液氨储罐的定期检验提供理论依据,对其进行了在线声发射检测。探讨了液氨储罐声发射技术的应用方法,得到了其声发射信号能量分布图。实验结果表明,声发射技术能够快速发现液氨储罐存在的活性缺陷,在此基础上再辅以超声检测,即可判断是否需要返修处理,从而解决了液氨储罐投用后很难开罐检验的难题。
The acoustic emission online inspection was conducted to offer scientific proof for the periodic inspection of liquid ammonia tanks. Through discussing the application method of AE inspection, the energy distribution map of AE signal was acquired. Thus a conclusion was drawn that AE technology can quickly find that the activity of existing defects of liquid ammonia tanks. Based on it, the ultrasonic inspection method was used complementally, therefore, it was immediately judged whether it need repair processing. Thus the difficulty of opening inspection was solved once liquid ammonia tanks put into operation.
