不同浓度和比例的黄芪甲苷和阿魏酸对人脐静脉内皮细胞增殖的影响 被引量:9

摘要 中药黄芪和当归均具有行气活血的作用,且两者具有协同作用,体外实验证明其能通过促进内皮细胞增殖来促进血管的生成。本实验用CCK-8法测定黄芪甲苷(AT,黄芪主要有效成分)和阿魏酸(FA,当归主要成分)对体外培养人脐静脉内皮细胞(HUVEc)5 d后的促增殖作用。实验结果表明,当AT和FA总浓度为2μg/mL,且AT和FA比例为7.5∶2.5时能最大限度的促进HUVEc的增殖。 Huangqi and Danggui have been demonstrated to nourish blood and raise Qi, and a synergistic effect is indicated between them. Experiments in vitro showed that they may facilitate angiogenesis by promoting the proliferation of endothelial cells. This experiment examined the proliferation of human umbilical vein vascular endothelial ceils (HUVEc) influenced by Astrogaloside 1V ( AT, the main active ingredient in astragalus) and ferulic acid ( FA, the main ingredient in Radix Angelicae)five days later. Result showed that when the concentration of AT/FA is 5 μg/mL and the ratio of AT and FA is 7 : 3,the proliferation of HUVEc could be mostly promoted.
