长期应用大黄抑制雌性大鼠性腺轴功能的不良反应研究 被引量:1

摘要 观察长期给予大黄提取物对雌性大鼠垂体-性腺轴的影响。方法:灌胃给予Wistar雌性大鼠大黄提取物,随机分成4组,各剂量组给药分别相当于正常成年女性用药量的20、40、80倍。空白组给予等体积蒸馏水。共喂养90 d,眼眶取血。以放射免疫(RIA)技术检测血清雌二醇(E2)、人促黄体生成激素(LH)的含量。结果:高剂量组血清E2水平大幅升高并与剂量呈正相关;LH水平明显下降,与剂量呈负相关。结论:长期大量服用大黄能升高血清E2水平,同时降低LH。 Objective :To observe the role of rhubarb extract on female rats Pituitary - Gonad Axis after the long - term administration. Methods :40 Wistar female rats were divided into four groups, the dose groups were given 20,40,80 times as the normal administration of the medication women. Blank group was given equal volume of distilled water. After feeding 90 d, the blood was obtained from the orbital. The amounts of serum estradiol (E2 )and luteinizing hormone (LH)were detected by RIA. Results : The level of serum E2 from high - dose group had significantly increased and positive correlation between dose of rhubarb extract. The level of LH was significantly decreased and negatively correlated with the dose. Conclusion : Taking large doses of rhubarb extract for a long - term can elevate the level of serum E2. Meanwhile the level of LH was decreased.
