摘要
目的:优化止咳平喘凝胶剂成型工艺条件。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以凝胶剂外观、涂展性、稠度(或黏稠度)、稳定性为考察指标,经综合评分筛选确定凝胶剂成型工艺条件。结果优选确定凝胶剂生药:(卡波姆-940∶吐温-80∶乙醇∶甘油∶羟苯乙酯∶氮酮)工艺处方质量比为1500∶(10∶2∶50∶50∶1∶30),共制凝胶剂1000 g。结论:经优化制备的凝胶剂具有工艺简捷、性质稳定、易于涂布、质地均匀细腻等特点。
Objective : To optimize the preparation process of Cough - and - asthma - relieving Gel. Methods : Based on L9 (3^4 ) orthogonal design, the preparation process was evaluated by investigating indexes ( appearance, spreadability, viscosity and stability)and their comprehensive value. Results :The optimum weight proportion for the preparation process rec- ipe of Cough - and - asthma - relieving Gel was 1500 : ( 10 : 2 : 50 : 50 : 1 : 30), making amount of the Gel to 1000 g. Conclusion: The opotimized preparation process of Cough - and - asthma - relieving Gel are characterized with simplicity,stable quality, easy to smear and good evenness.
