慢性再生障碍性贫血中医证型与EPO、COR相关性研究

Relationship between Expressions of EPO and COR and TCM Differentation Type in Chronic Aplastic Anemia Patients

目的:围绕EPO、COR等指标,探讨它们与慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)中医辨证分型的关系。方法::对40例CAA患者进行辨证分型,分为肾阳虚型、肾阴虚型两组,并检测血常规、EPO、COR等指标的实验室检查。结果:(1)与健康对照组相比,CAA组EPO显著升高(P<0.01)。(2)与肾阳虚虚证组相比,肾阴虚证组WBC、COR显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论:EPO在CAA患者中出现明显紊乱,WBC、COR这两指标可作为CAA临床辨证分型的客观依据。

Objective ：To discuss the relationship between different levels of EPO and COR in patients with chronic aplastic anemia（CAA） and TCM Differentation Type（ TCMDT）. Methods ：40 chronic aplastic anemia patients were classi- fied into two groups ： kidney - yang deficiency group and kidney - ying deficiency group and then different indexes of blood routine, EPO and COR were detected. Results ： （ 1 ） Compared with healthy controls, EPO in CAA group was significantly increased （P 〈 0. 01 ）. （2）Compared with kidney- yang deficiency group, white blood cell count （WBC）and COR in kidney - ying deficiency group were statistically increased （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Expression of EPO in CAA patients appeared to be disordered and WBC and COR have certain regulations with TCMDT,which can be taken as inde- xes in TCM differentation in clinical practice.
