HPLC法测定复方苦黄喷雾剂中蛇床子素的含量

Determination of Osthol in Compound Kuhuang Spray by HPLC

目的:建立复方苦黄喷雾剂中蛇床子素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以Kromasi C18(4.6×150 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(65∶35),流速:1 mL/min,检测波长为322 nm。结果:蛇床子素回归方程为Y=173.7X+2817835,在0.06～0.14μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999;平均加样回收率为97.04%,RSD为0.69%(n=6)。结论:该法简便、准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为控制复方苦黄喷雾剂的质量控制方法。

Objective： To establish a RP - HPLC method for quantitative determination of osthol in compound kuhuang spray. Methods ：The separation was performed on Ultrasphere Cjs column（4.6 mmx 250 ram,5 μL）with mobile phase of CH3CN and Water（65 ： 35 ）, the low rate was 1.0mL · min - 1. The UV detection wavelength was 322nm. Results ： The linear range of osthol was 0.06 ~0.14 μg,r =0.9999. The mean recovery was 97.04% ,with RSD of 0.59% （n =6）. Conclusion：This method is simple, accurate, sensitive and available for quality in compound Kuhuang spray.
