固肾活血泄浊方治疗高血压性肾损害肾功能不全代偿/失代偿期临床观察

Treatment of Hypertensive Renal Damage and Renal Insufficiency Compensatory by Using Gushen Huoxue Xiezhuo Formula

目的:观察固肾活血泄浊方配合西药治疗高血压性肾病的临床治疗效果。方法:70例高血压性肾病患者随机分为两组,对照组仅控制血压等对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加固肾活血泄浊方治疗。结果:治疗后,两组24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸(UA)、血压均较治疗前下降,血红蛋白较前升高,而治疗组效果更明显。结论:固肾活血子泄浊方联合西药在治疗高血压病肾损害效果方面比单用西药更好。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Gushen Huoxue Xiezhuo Formula on treating hypertensive renal damage. Method：70 patients with hypertensive renal damage were divided randomly into control group and treatment group. Patients in control group were treated with antihypertensive therapy and symptomatic treatment. Patients in treatment group were treated with Gushen Huoxue Xiezhuo Formula and antihypertensive therapy and symptomatic treatment. Results ： After 24 hours, by comparing the levels of urine protein, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, uric acid and blood pressure in control group and treatment group, all the parameters decreased more in the treatment group. Homoglobin increased more in the treatment group. Conclusion ： In the treatment of hypertensive renal damage, the efficacy is better by using Gushen Huoxue Xiezhuo formula combined with western medicine.
