地震极重灾区大学生总体幸福感

The General Well-being Issues of College Students from the Most Serious Disaster-stricken Areas

目的了解地震极重灾区大学生总体幸福感的状况,探析个别学生幸福感水平特低的重要原因与提升策略。方法采用总体幸福感量表对212名灾区大学生进行测评,再将量表得分极低的9名地震极重灾区大学生作为重点进行研究,研究的方法主要是开放式问卷调查。结果极重灾区大学生的得分与重灾区和次重灾区大学生的得分之间均存在显著差异(t=3.18,3.12;P<0.01),9名学生的量表得分与212名同学和40名极重灾区同学的平均分数相差分别为21.32、15.37分。访谈也发现9名学生的总体幸福感水平极低。结论汶川地震极重灾区个别大学生至今仍然患有创伤后应激障碍或抑郁、焦虑等情绪问题,这些问题是他们总体幸福感水平较低的重要原因。

Objective To know the general well-being status of college students hit extremely hardest by the Wenchuan earthquake,in order to research the important reasons for individual students low level of happiness and the strengthening ways.Methods A total of 212 college students from the disaster-stricken areas were tested with the general well-being scale,after it 9 college students getting low scores hit extremely hardest by the earthquake were regarded as cases,and finished the open-ended questionnaire.Results The differences among the heavy and more serious,the most serious students were significant（t=3.18,3.12;P0.01）,9 students scores were lower than the average scores of 212 students and 40 students,their differences were 21.32 and 15.37.The same result got from the interviewing.Conclusion The extremely hardest hit individual students in Wenchuan earthquake still suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder or depression,anxiety and other emotional problems,these problems are to decrease their overall happiness level.
