摘要
目的了解洪灾后安置人群的焦虑水平及影响因素。方法洪灾后被异地安置的灾民(645例)的焦虑状况并分析年龄、性别、吸烟、高血压病史等与SAS评分的关系。结果 31.0%(200人)灾民存在焦虑。高血压病史组的SAS评分明显高于无高血压病史组[(57.0±10.4)比(45.1±9.5),P=0.000]。年龄与SAS评分呈正相关(r=0.305,P=0.000)。多因素线性回归分析显示年龄(B=0.130,P=0.000)及有高血压病史(B=9.054,P=0.000)是影响焦虑的正性因素。结论洪灾后年龄较长者及有高血压病史者更易焦虑。
Objective To know anxiety level and influencing factors of flood victims on pending arrange period.Methods A total of 645 flood victims in Fuzhou of Jiangxi were investigated.Evaluate anxiety with Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）in the shelter.Analyze relationship between SAS score and age,sex,smoking,hypertension history.Results 200 cases existed anxiety,accounting for 31.0%.The SAS score in hypertension history group was higher than that in no hypertension history group[（57.0 ±10.4）vs.（45.1±9.5）,P0.000].There was a positive correlation between age and SAS score（R=0.305,P0.000）.Linear regression showed that age（R=0.130,P0.001）,hypertension history（R=9.054,P0.001）were positive factors influenced anxiety.Conclusion The elderly and hypertension history are more likely to cause anxiety after the floods.
