医科大学生手机网络成瘾与冲动性

Relationship between Mobile Phone Internet Addiction and Impulsivity among Medical College Students

目的探讨医科大学生的手机网络成瘾及其与冲动性的关系。方法采用修订的Young的网络成瘾量表和Barratt冲动性量表（第11版）对1117名大一~大四的医科大学生进行测量。结果 1手机网络不同程度使用者的冲动性总分以及在冲动性各维度上均有显著性差异（F=71.64,52.96,59.63,25.33;P〈0.001）;2手机网络成瘾程度与冲动性以及注意力冲动性、运动冲动性和无计划冲动性3个维度均存在显著性相关（P〈0.01）;3回归分析显示,冲动性包括注意力冲动性,运动冲动性,无计划冲动性3个维度以及年级和性别都是医科大学生手机网络成瘾的影响因素。结论医科大学生手机网络成瘾倾向与其冲动性关系密切。

Objective To explore medical college students' mobile phone internet addiction and its relationship with impulsivity.Methods Young's IAII which has been revised focus on the Mobile Phone Internet Addiction and Chinese version of BIS-11 was conducted on 1,117 students of medical college.Results ① There were significant differences in total score and all dimesion scores of impulsivity between the different mobile phone internet users(F=71.64,52.96,59.63,25.33;P<0.001).② There were significant correlations between the mobile phone internet addiction of medical college students and impulsivity,attention impulsiveness(Iat),motor impulsiveness(Im)and nonplanning impulsiveness(Inp)(P<0.01).③ Regression analysis revealed that impulsivity,including three dimensions(Iat,Im,Inp),as well as grade and gender factors affected mobile phone internet addiction of medical students.Conclusion There are relationship between the mobile phone internet addiction and impulsivity among medical college students.
