基于参数化的塑料模具设计系统

Plastic Mould Design System Based on Parameterization

利用塑料模具模架和标准件管理系统建立、管理模架和标准件数据库。在模具设计过程中通过该系统选用模架和标准件 ,并将数据传递给参数化绘图系统 ,自动生成模架和标准件图形。本文以BI型两板模为例介绍该系统的组成和设计原理。

The management system of plastic mould holders and master pieces is used for the creation and management of database of mould holders and master pieces.In the mould design,the mould holders and master pieces are selected via this system.The data are transmitted to the parameterized graph plotting system and the graphs of mould holders and master pieces are automatically generated.With two BI template moulds as example,the structure and design principle of this system are described in this paper.
