手动快速压片装置在药品红外鉴别上的应用

作者设计制作了一种手动快速红外试样压片器 ,其特点是将试样和盐片压制在内径Φ7mm的不锈钢套管中部 ,盐片重约 2 0mg ,耗试样 0 1～ 0 2mg ,压片速度为数十秒 /次 ,可以边扫描边压片 ,几乎能与傅里叶变换红外光谱仪同步工作。使用本压片器获得的光谱图质量好 ,适用于药品的红外鉴别。

Samples for IR spectrometry can be prepared rapidly by using a mannal sample press. The sample is put in a stainless steel holder with inner diameter of 7mm. The weight of salt is about 20mg and the sample consumption is 0 1～0 2mg. The rate of pressing is scores of seconds per sample. The pressing may be performed while sweeping, working almost simultaneously with FTIR. The spectra of samples prepared by the press have good quality. The press can be used widely for drug identification by IR spectrometry.
