摘要
目的观察连花清瘟胶囊、利巴韦林治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床疗效。方法选择符合纳入标准的阳性患者进入研究范围,筛选出60例患者。将60例患者随机分为连花清瘟胶囊组、利巴韦林注射液组和对照组,每组各20例,三组患者性别、年龄、病情轻重程度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。观察并比较三组患者总有效率及用药前后体温、咳嗽、咳痰、气喘、肺部音改善情况,以及患者肺功能及血气分析改善情况、总住院时间和住院费用等。结果利巴韦林注射液组总有效率为90%,连花清瘟胶囊组为85%,对照组为75%,连花清瘟胶囊组、利巴韦林注射液组体温、咳嗽、咳痰、气喘、肺部啰音、肺功能及血气分析改善情况均优于对照组,且住院时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05),住院费用明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论利巴韦林注射液、连花清瘟胶囊早期应用治疗AE-COPD疗效满意,并能节约治疗费用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ribavirin Injection and Lianhuaqingwen Capsule in treating acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). Methods Among positive patients with AECOPD in accordance with the inclusive criteria, 60 cases were screened out and randomly divided into three groups : the Lianghuanqingwen Capsul group (n=20), the Ribavirin Injection group (n=20) and the control group (n=20). The three groups had no statistical differrences in the gender, age and disease severity(P〉0.05) and possessed the comparability. To observe and compare the total effective rate, the change of temperature, cough, sputum production, wheeze, pulmonary crackles before and after treatment, pulmonary function,arterial blood gas,hospitalization time and hospitalization expenditure among 3 groups. Results The total effective rate was 90% in the Ribavirin Injection group, 85% in the Lianhuaqingwen Capsule group and 75% in the control group. The Lianhuaqingwen Capsule group and the Ribavirin Injection group were superior to the control group in the improvement situation of temperature,cough,sputum production,wheeze,pulmonary crackles and arterial blood gas,with obviously shorter hospitalization time(P〈0.05 ) and lower hospitalization expenditure (P〈0.05). Conclusion Early using Ribavirin Injection and Lianghuanqingwen Capsule has satisfactory efficacy in treating AECOPD and can save the therapeutical cost.
