人工流产术前应用米索前列醇的临床观察与护理

Clinical observation and nursing of misoprostol application before induced abortion

目的探讨米索前列醇(简称米索)在人工流产术中的临床效果,并提出相应的护理措施。方法选择要求行人工流产的未产孕妇320例,随机分为两组。观察组160例于人工流产术前2 h宫颈放置米索400μg;对照组160例按常规人工流产术操作,术前不用任何药物。观察两组宫颈扩张、手术时间、出血量等情况。结果观察组宫口扩张好,手术时间短,出血量少,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在人工流产术前2 h使用米索放置在宫颈内,能减轻宫颈损伤,缩短手术时间,减少出血量和并发症,配合恰当的护理,安全、有效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of misoprostol in induced abortion and to put forward the corre- sponding nursing measures. Methods 320 nulliparas requesting induced abortion were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups. 160 cases in the observation group were given misoprostol 400 μg by cervical placing before 2 h of indueee abortion. 160 cases in the control group was performed the conventional artificial induced abortion without any drug before operation. The cervi- cal dilatation, operation time and blood loss were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had better cervical dilatation, short operation time and less bleeding, difference between the two groups showing statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Misoprostol by cervical placing at 2 h before induced abortion can reduce the cervical injury, shorten the operation time and reduce the blood loss and complications, which in coordinated by proper nursing is safe and effective.
