Application of psychological nursing in patients with cancer

目的探讨心理护理在癌症患者护理中的应用。方法根据143例癌症患者心理状态的不同采取相应的护理措施。结果护患关系是否融洽是心理护理成功的关键,持久、融洽的护患关系对康复的影响呈正相关。结论护理人员必须有丰富的心理学和临床医学知识,掌握沟通技巧,调节护理对象的情绪,以获得其信任和配合。

Objective To explore the application of psychological nursing in the patients with cancer. Methods The corresponding care measures were adopted according to different psychological status in 143 patients with cancer. Results The harmonious relationship bewteen nurses and patients was the key to the success of psychological nursing care. The persistent and harmonious relationship bewteen nurses and patients was positively correlated with the influence on rehabilitation. Conclusion The nursing personnel must have aboundant knowledge of psychology and clinical medicne, master the communication skills, and regulate the emotion of the patients to acquire their trust and cooperation.
