等距非圆廓形研究

通过对等距非圆廓形的研究 ,得出结论 :圆弧多边形特别是圆弧 3边形的加工和测量方便、无应力集中且对中性好 ,适于型面联接 ;直线包络等距廓形的运动特性好 ,速度、加速度均为连续函数 ,适用于等宽凸轮。

s:Based on the research made on isometric non circular profiles, conclusions were drawn: arc polygon conntour, especially arc triangle one, is suitable for connection of non circular sections because it is convenient for manufacturing and measuring, good centering and without stress concentration; isometric profile generated by straight line is of excellent kinematics behavior because of continuous speed and acceleration functions, it is suitable for isometric cam.
