论述等离子熔射成形法制造陶瓷零件的基本原理与各种方法的工艺特征 ,着重介绍销模式等离子熔射成形法制造陶瓷零件的工艺过程 ,以 Al2 O3·Ti O2 陶瓷粉末为熔射材料进行制造陶瓷零件的工艺实验 。
s:The mechanism of plasma spray forming ceramic parts(PSFCP) and the technique characteristics of all the methods are discusses. Our attention is focused on studying the processes of PSFCP with destructible prototypes. The PSFCP experiments are conducted using Al 2O 3·TiO 2 ceramic powder as spraying material. Some questions referring to the PSFCP technique are discussed.
