摘要
介绍了基于特征输入的数控车床在线编程系统。该系统包括图形输入和编辑 ,切削加工处理以及动态模拟等部分。研究了特征输入模式下零件图的处理以及刀具干涉的处理 ,并给出了系统实际应用的示例 ,其结果和 FANUC1 0 T的 SFAPT处理的结果相同 。
s:This paper introduces an automatic on line programming system based on the input characteristics of part for CNC lathe. The system consists of graph inputting and editing, processing and dynamic simulating of machining process. The problems of part drawing processing under characteristic input mode and cutting tool interference are studied. A practice example is given in this paper. It can produce the same result as that in FANUC 10T's SFAPT. It is efficient and prospective.
