摘要
利用泰勒级数导出了阿基米德齿轮滚刀造形误差的近似公式。提出新的轴向齿形角计算方法,使滚刀刀齿形误差分布较为合理。
This article uses Taylor Progression to figure out the approximate formula of the forming errors of Archimedes gear hobs. A new calculating method of axial tooth angle is put forward, which leads to forming error distribution of hob tooth forms.
