摘要
用稀土中锰白口铁材料制造的衬板类零件在非强烈冲击、高应力凿削磨损工况下，抗磨性能比普通高锰钢、中锰球铁高１～２倍。本文就球磨机、粉碎机等衬板类零件对使用性能的要求，分别从材料成份设计、变质处理、热处理等角度介绍如何稳定此类零件生产的质量。
