晚期非小细胞肺癌组织中ERCC1及RRM1的表达与预后的关系

摘要 目的探讨核苷酸切除交叉修复基因1(excision repair cross-complementation group1,ERCC1)、核糖核苷酸还原酶M1(ribonudeotide reductuse M1,RRM1)在晚期非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)组织中的表达与预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测2009年6月-2011年6月在兰州大学第一医院确诊并有完整随访资料的60例晚期NSCLC患者组织中ERCC1和RRM1的表达;随访患者1年生存率。结果在晚期NSCLC组织中,ERCC1表达阳性率为45.00%(27/60),RRM1表达阳性率为53.33%(32/60)。二者的表达与患者年龄、性别、组织学类型和淋巴结转移无明显相关性(P>0.05)。ERCC1及RRM1阳性表达者1年生存率分别为25.93%及28.57%,阴性表达者1年生存率分别为36.36%及41.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Cox回归生存分析显示:ERCC1及RRM1均是独立危险因素。结论 ERCC1及RRM1在晚期非小细胞肺癌患者组织中的阳性表达,提示预后差,可作为评价预后的指标。
