摘要
血栓形成性疾病是医疗实践中面临的主要挑战,日前急性冠脉综合征(acutecoronarysyndrome,ACS)年发病率约为3%0,6个月病死率高达13%。单核细胞的主要生理作用是免疫(如吞噬作用)、发展为组织巨噬细胞和树突状细胞,另外也参与了促凝(抗凝)病理生理过程,笔者就单核细胞在血栓相关进程中的作用做一综述。
