摘要
采用实时定量PCR方法检测白介素1受体Ⅱ基因在小鼠子宫蜕膜组织或细胞中的转录。获取正常的小鼠子宫蜕膜组织和人工诱导蜕膜化组织,同时利用酶消化分离小鼠子宫内膜基质细胞,进行体外诱导蜕膜化,以未诱导的子宫内膜基质细胞为对照。结果表明:白介素1受体Ⅱ在正常子宫蜕膜组织、人工诱导蜕膜化组织、小鼠子宫内膜蜕膜化基质细胞中表达水平均显著高于对照,说明白介素1受体Ⅱ可能参与子宫内膜蜕膜化过程。
The aim of this study was to detect the transcription of receptor type Ⅱ(IL1R2) of interleukin 1 in endometrial decidua.Normal decidual tissue and artificial decidual tissue of mice were collected,and endometrial stromal cells(ESCs) of mice were obtained from endometrium by enzymatic dissociation,and were induced to decidualize in vitro.The transcription of IL1R2 in those tissues or cells were measured by Real time PCR.Compared to the control,the levels of IL1R2 increased significantly in normal decidual tissue,artificial decidual tissue,and endometrial decidual cellinduced in vitro,indicating that IL1R2 may be involved in endometrial decidualization.The study lays foundation for researches on decidualizaiton mechanism
