鹅肌纤维组织学特性及MyoG基因mRNA表达研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用组织学方法和光学显微镜数字成像方法,选取吉林白鹅和霍尔多巴吉鹅两品种鹅各90只,分别测定了7,28,56日龄鹅胸、腿肌肌纤维直径和密度;采用实时荧光定量PCR方法研究了MyoG基因mRNA在鹅肌肉不同生长发育时期的表达水平变化规律。结果表明:在不同日龄,相同品种胸、腿肌肌纤维直径和密度差异极显著(P<0.01);不同品种,同一日龄胸、腿肌肌纤维直径和密度差异不显著(P>0.05);MyoG基因mRNA表达量相同品种不同日龄胸、腿肌差异极显著(P<0.01),不同品种腿肌28日龄差异不显著(P>0.05),不同品种胸肌7日龄差异不显著(P>0.05)。 In this study,histology and optical microscope digital image were used to observe the diameter and density of breast muscle and leg muscle for each 90 geese of Jilin goose and hortobagyi goose at 7,28 and 56 days;real-Time Quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression of MyoG mRNA in different growing and developmental stages of goose muscle.The results showed that the fiber diameter and density of breast muscle and leg muscle were significantly different between different ages(P0.01);the differences of fiber diameter and density of breast muscle and leg muscle between different breeds were not significant(P0.05);the expression of MyoG mRNA of breast muscle and leg muscle was significantly different at different ages(P0.01),but not significant at different breeds at 28 days in leg muscle and at 7 days in breast muscle(P0.05).
