盾构在高差突变联络线上空推前移关键技术探讨

摘要 长沙地铁芙蓉广场站到五一广场站盾构区间左线接收井和联络线底板高差1.6 m,无法采用传统方法接收和空推前移,通过盾构滚轮接收和盾构铰接研究,采用CAD模拟后用混凝土把接收井回填成竖曲面与联络线标准段进行过渡到后铺设导轨,巧用盾构铰接装置和在底部拼装管片实现大坡度曲面接收前移。拆除连接桥与后配套连接下部螺栓后拆除临时拼装管片,铺设过渡导轨和在盾尾后部导轨上按设可移动反力装置实现了盾体和后配套在联络线底板上直接铺设导轨就能快速空推前移。 Height difference between left line receiving well and contact line floor is 1.6m in the shield section from Changsha Metro Hibiscus square station to Wuyi square station shield, the traditional method of receiving and air push forward is not usable. Through the shield wheel receiving and shield hinge study, with CAD simulation, receiving well is backfilled, with concrete, into the vertical surface and the contact line segments are transferred to the laying of guide rail. Shield hinge device and segments erection at the bottom to achieve advancement of large slope surface receiving. After the Removal of lower bolt at the connection bridge and the supporting, remove the temporary segments, the laying of transitional track and mobile counterforce device at rear rails of shield makes it possible to lay track on the shield body and the supporting plate of contact line which enables air push forward.
