This paper mainly discusses the information construction, and especially points out that the most basic standard in the network construction, computer room construction, server construction, with emphasis on the important position in the information construction of infrastructure construction. The demand of system construction, subsequent construction and the importance of the operation and maintenance are analyzed, and it concludes the purpose of information construction is user-friendly and practical.
