摘要
本文对小孔节流方式中的简单孔节流和环形孔节流形式对气体静压轴承工作刚度的影响进行了理论分析 ,通过比较从而得出 ,采用简单孔节流方式的轴承比环形孔节流方式的轴承具有更高的工作刚度。
This thesis analyzes theoretically the effects of simple orifice and circular orifice compensated modes on the working stiffness of aerostatic bearing Results show that the stiffness of the bearing with simple orifice compensation is higher than with circular orifice compensation
