摘要 以ANSYS/LS-DYNA为基础,提出了一种对传感器进行滤波缓冲的结构,并对结构进行了仿真。针对传感器进行了缓冲保护和机械滤波,仿真了四种不同材料,并对结果进行了分析。得到了在弹体穿透靶板过程中的加速度曲线、动能曲线、内能曲线和频率-幅值曲线。分析了加速度计感受到的加速度信号并研究了缓冲材料的滤波效果。 Based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA, a structure of sensor filter buffer that used in the acceleration sensor was proposed and the structure of the filter was simulation. Some experiments were conducted about buffer protec- tion and mechanical filtering for sensors. Four different materials of simulation of test were conducted, and results were analyzed. Acceleration curve, the kinetic curve, the intemal energy curve and the frequency-amplitude curve were obtained in the process of projectiles penetrating target. The accelerometer signal of acceleration is analysed and the filtering effect of the buffer material is studied.
