摘要
提出了一种基于装配模型和多代理 (Multi-Agent)的产品协同设计模式。通过产品装配模型记录产品设计意图 ,支持设计过程的快速重演 ,同时产品的几何模型和装配模型向各代理提供所需的一些原始信息 ,多代理系统则完成对产品零部件的强度验算、刚度验算、加工工艺评定等方面的工作。这样 ,可以实现产品的几何建模系统、装配建模系统与多代理系统的集成 ,支持产品在异构分布环境下的协同设计。
This paper put forward a kind of cooperative designing mode of product based on assembly model and multi-Agent By means of product′s assembly model, the quick replay of design process can be supported At the same time, the product′s geometrical model and assmbly model will provide some original informations necessary to the multi-deputies The multi-deputy system whereas will complete works in verious respects such as checking computations on intensity and rigidity of product′s parts and assembly components and assessment of process technology Like this,the product′s geometrical modeling system, assembly modeling system and multi-deputy system can be integrated to support product′s cooperative design under the environment of heterogeneous distribution
