摘要
根据阿姆河右岸气田的腐蚀环境分析,进行缓蚀剂的室内对比筛选和常温油水分散性乳化倾向与高温稳定性测试。将KO-101B,DYY-1缓蚀剂在A区模拟地面腐蚀工况和井下腐蚀工况下进行缓蚀剂防腐性能评价,综合分析得出新研制的DYY-1缓蚀剂防腐性能最好。
According to the corrosive environment analysis of the gas field on the right bank of the Amu Darya, the indoor screening contrast of the corrosion inhibitor is studied. The room-temperature oil-water dispersion emulsi- fication tendency and its stability with high temperature are testod. The inhibitor anti-corrosion performance of KO- 101B DYY-1 and DYY-1 Inhibitor in Zone A analogue terrestrial corrosion conditions and the corrasion under the shatt respectively evaluated. On a comprehensive analysis the newly developed DYY-1 inhibitor is better cmti-corro- sion properties.
