Meta-Topolin对番木瓜组织培养影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过细胞分裂素Meta-Topolin(MT)与BA对番木瓜组培苗分化培养的影响实验,结果表明,MT相对于BA能更有效地促进番木瓜组培苗芽分化增殖及生长发育;最佳分化浓度宜采用0.5~1.0mg/L;在较大的浓度伸缩范围内MT能有效利用营养进行芽分化,提高效率。应用MT进行植物组培苗生产有着广阔的前景。
