摘要
采用改进镶铸法制备了高碳高钒系高速钢 45钢双金属复合材料 ,研究了不同工艺参数下复合材料的界面组织和结构。试验结果表明 ,控制适当工艺参数可以获得结合良好的界面。双金属复合材料界面结合形式主要为扩散结合 。
High carbon and high vanadium high-speed steel/45 steel bimetal composite material was fabricated by improved inlayed-casting.The morphology and structure of composite material bonding interface under different technological parameters was studied.The results show the well-bonded interface can be gained under proper technologic parameters,the main bonding pattern of bimetal composite material is diffused bonding,and the proportion of cast-inlayed and holding time have obvious effect on interface structure of composite material.
