摘要
提出了一种新型的传动方式 :磁力金属带传动。对金属带的受力进行了较为详细的分析和数值模拟。指出了由于磁力的引入 ,金属带的受力情况得到改善 ,无须过大的初张力。与普通带传动相比 ,磁力金属带传动具有较长的使用寿命 。
A new type of drive,magnetic metal belt drive,is put forward.Force analysis of metal bell and its numerical simulation are processed in detail.According to the author,the force states of metal bell are improved because of the introduce of magnetic force,and so this drive do not need too great original tensile force.Compared with the general belt drive,magnetic metal belt drive has longer service life higher transmission ratio and linear velocity,and less elastic slide.
