摘要 针对薄壁复杂铝合金构件中的典型结构———封闭型腔开展铸造工艺技术研究。通过结构分析和工艺分析 ,在大量工艺试验的基础上 ,选用高溃散性树脂砂制作型芯 ,并成功地研制出大型薄壁复杂结构的封闭型腔铸件。 Casting process for near closed hollow ring\|\|a typical structure for complicated thin walled aluminum alloy casting is studied. The resin sand with high collapsibility is chosen to make the core of the near closed hollow ring on the basis of many technological experimentations through analysis of structure and process. The larger complicated thin walled aluminum alloy castings with near closed hollow ring have been developed
