Horizontal Continuous Casting of Al-Sn Billet for Manufacturing Al-Steel Axle Bushing

在自行设计研制的水平连铸机上进行了Al Sn合金板坯水平连铸工艺参数的选择 ,分析了水平连铸板坯的结晶特点及其出现纵裂的原因 ,成功地水平连铸出合格的厚 15mm×宽 150mm规格的Al Sn合金板坯 ,并且还成功地进行了该铝合金板坯与钢带的轧制复合制造铝钢轴瓦的试验。

Technique parameters of horizontal continuous casting of Al Sn alloy billet based on self designed horizontal continuous casting machine are chosen. Crystallization feature and reason for longitudinal crack of horizontal continuous casting billet are analyzed. Al Sn alloy billet of qualified 15 mm×150 mm specification is manufactured successfully by horizontal continuous casting. The use of Al alloy billet and steel strip for manufacturing Al Steel bimetallic bush by rolling process is done successfully too.
