摘要
尽管在政府相关部门的正式文本中产学研合作被描述为一种以企业产品研发和科技创新为目的的机制,但无论在理论上还是实践中,产学研合作都可对创新型人才培养工作产生巨大的推动作用。本文通过分析我国产学研合作中人才培养存在的问题,提出若干促进产学研合作、提高创新型人才培养实效的策略。
Although the cooperation among production, teaching and research is described as a kind of mechanism featured by research and development of products and technological innovation in formal version of governmental departments, it can greatly promote the innovative talents cultivation both theoretically and practically. The paper introduces some methods in which the cooperation among production, teaching and research can promote the innovative talents cuhivation.
