摘要
以优化白车身的模态频率与振型为目标,通过预试验技术定量指导试验模态的激励点及响应点的选取;采用模态置信准则贡献量分析技术定量分析影响模态参数的关键位置,并对关键位置的关键参数进行灵敏度分析,最终确定优化参数,实现了仿真模型的优化设计。结果表明,优化后参数有效提高了仿真模型与试验模型的一致性,得到了更准确的白车身动力学模型。
With the optimization of body-in-white modal frequency and vibration mode as objective,guide the selection of excitation point and response point of test modal with pre-test technology quantitively;the authors use modal assurance criterion(MAC) contribution analysis technology to analyze the critical locations which affect modal parameters quantitively,and carry out sensitivity analysis to key parameters at critical locations,and define optimization parameters,realize optimization design of simulation model.The results show that the optimized parameters improve consistency of simulation model and test model effectively,and a more accurate BIW dynamic model is obtained.
