上海7~18岁儿童少年骨龄与第二性征相关性分析

摘要 目的探讨上海市7~18岁儿童少年骨龄与第二性征的相关性,验证利用第二性征分度推导骨龄方法的可行性。方法随机整群抽取上海市黄浦区中小学生1 034名,拍摄左手正位X线片,采用RUS-CHN评价方法确定男、女儿童少年的骨龄值,并鉴定第二性征分度。对骨龄值和第二性征分度进行相关性分析。结果男童少年骨龄与阴毛分度的相关系数r值为0.911(P<0.01),回归方程y^=7.435+2.491x;骨龄与睾丸分度的相关系数r值为0.903(P<0.01),回归方程y^=6.215+2.303x。女童少年骨龄与阴毛分度的相关系数r值为0.862(P<0.01),回归方程y^=7.247+1.661x;骨龄与乳房分度的相关系数r值为0.858(P<0.01),回归方程y^=6.711+1.396x。结论上海地区男、女儿童少年骨龄与第二性征分度均存在正相关。利用本研究中制定的男、女儿童少年第二性征推导骨龄对照表可对青少年生长发育程度进行简易、快速的鉴定。 Objective To study the correlation between bone age and the secondary sex characteristics in 7-18 year old adolescent in Shanghai and to test the possibility of calculating the bone age with secondary sex characteristics. Methods A total of 1 034 students aged 7-18 years old were recruited by using of randomized cluster sampling from Huangpu district of Shanghai. Pictures of left hand were taken with X ray and the bone age was confirmed by RUS-CHN ( Radius Ulna and Short bones-Chinese). At the same time, the degree of secondary sex characteristics was confirmed as well. After that, correlation between the bone age and the degree of secondary sex characteristics was analyzed. Results The correlation coefficient between bone age and pubes de- gree of young boys was 0. 911 ( P〈0.01 ) , and regression equation was y=7. 435+2. 491x. The correlation coefficient between bone age and testicle degree of young boys was 0. 903 ( P〈0.01 ) , and regression equation was y=6. 215+2. 303x . The correlation coef- ficient between bone age and pubes degree of young girls was 0.862(P〈0.01) , regression equation was y=7. 247+1. 661x. The correlation coefficient between bone age and breast degree of young girls was 0.858 ( P〈0.01 ) , regression equation was y = 6.711 + 1. 396x. According to the correlation and regression equation between bone age and secondary sex characteristics, the contrast lists of young boys and girls were established, which could be used in predicting bone age with secondary sex characteristics. Conclu- sion There are highly positive correlation between bone age and secondary sex characteristics in adolescents in Shanghai. Growth development of adolescents may be identified by using the contrast lists in this research.
