摘要
提出将激光线结构光传感器应用于BGA芯片管脚三维尺寸的测量 ,介绍了测量原理和系统结构 ,推导了测量数学模型 ,并给出了实验测试结果。
The line structured laser sensor is applied to the three dimensional measurement of BGA chip leads. The measuring principle and measuring system structure are introduced, the measuring model is deduced, and experimental measuring results are presented.
