摘要
针对2 kW、270 V无刷直流电机,研究设计了直流电机起动/发电系统的综合设计方案,通过一路三相逆变器功率开关的通断,实现了电机的起动/发电运行,重点研究了无刷直流电机发电过程的转矩控制策略,解决了起动电压低、发电电压高的矛盾,并经仿真和实验结果验证了该设计的正确性和可行性。
Based on the design and research on a certain 2 kW ,270 V BLDCM ,a starter/generator comprehensive sys- tem design was presented. The main method adopted a 3-phase converter to carry out the function of starting/generating by changing ON or OFF states of power electronic switches. A torque control method for starting were studied, which solved the conflicts between low starting voltage and high generating voltage. Finally the validity and feasibility were verified by simula- tions and experiments.
