介绍了家电领域用电动机的发展和基本要求,通过对家电用永磁无刷电动机的技术特点进行分析,对永磁无刷电动机的发展方向和前景提出了自己的看法。采用分割式电枢铁心和集中绕组;合理选择齿槽数和极数的配合;采用斜槽或斜极,减小齿槽转矩。
The development and basic demand of motors applied in home appliance were presented. The technical points of permanent magnet brushless motor applied in home appliance were emphatically analyzed, and the views of devel- opment direction and prospect of it were presented. The separated type armature core and concentrated winding were adopt- ed. The tooth-slot number and pole number were reasonably chosen. The skewed slot or skewed-rotor was adopted to de- crease cogging torque.
