摘要
以汽车级微控制器C8051F500作为主控芯片,结合三相中、大功率开关磁阻电动机进行系统设计。主电路采用IGBT构成的不对称半桥型电路,驱动电路采用低成本的、具有退饱和过流保护功能的PC929驱动器,采用电流斩波和变角度位置控制相结合的控制方式,系统获得了良好的运行性能,最后给出了实验结果。
Based on auto level micro controller chip C8051F500, a switched reluctance motor (SRM) control system was designed combined with three-phase 12/8 medium and high power SRM. The asymmetrical half-bridge circuit com- posed of IGBT was used as the main circuit, the low-cost PC929 driver with retreat saturated over-current protection was applied in drive circuit, and a current chop control combined with angle position control was proposed. The experiment re- sults show the system has a good performance.
