摘要
利用 X射线衍射极图测量技术 ,研究了 Ti- 2 Al- 2 .5 Zr合金轧制、拉拔管材的退火织构 ,并与轧制板材的织构进行了对比分析。结果表明 :轧制管材环向主织构由棱锥织构 { 10 1- 5 }和基面织构 (0 0 0 1)等组成 ;而轴向主织构则包括棱柱织构 { 10 1- 0 }和 { 112-0 }等棱锥织构 ;拉拔管材退火织构类型与轧制管材相似 ,但其主织构成分及强度与轧制管材相比则发生较大变化 ;
The textures of tube and sheet of the alloy Ti-2Al-2 5Zr have been investigated by means of pole figure technique of X ray diffraction. The results indicate that the mian circular textures of roled tubes consist of pyramidal {101-5} and basal (0001) etc.; whereas the main axial textures include prism {101-0} and pyramidal {112-0}. There are great changes in texture component and its probability density of drawn tube, compared with that of rolled tube. The recrystallization textures of rolled sheet gradually bring about transformation with the increase of annealing temperature. The reasons resulting in different textures in tube and sheet of the alloy Ti 2Al 2 5Zr are discussed in detail.
