易肇事肇祸精神分裂症患者的社会人口学特征

Social Demography Characteristics of Patients with Schizophrenia to Make Troubles and Accidents Likely

目的探讨易肇事肇祸精神分裂症(SP)患者社会人口学特征,为进一步完善易肇事肇祸精神病患者救治管理机制积累临床资料。方法随机抽取某院精神科通过易肇事肇祸精神病人救治机制(研究组)和普通住院(对照组)SP患者各100例资料,进行回顾性调查分析,比较两组社会人口学方面的差别。结果研究组中男性、农民、农村、无配偶和无医疗保障、低文化程度、20-39岁患者比例显著高于对照组(χ2=13.198,27.123,6.587,26.087,9.758,16.697和11.463;P≤0.01);社会支持和家庭经济研究组显著差于对照组(Z=-3.594和-4.204,P均<0.001),发病次数和住院次数研究组少于对照组(t=-2.529和-8.402,P=0.012和0.000),发病次数与住院次数的差值大于对照组(t=5.802,P=0.001);但家庭人口两组间差异无统计学意义。结论 SP易肇事肇祸患者与普通患者社会人口学特征明显不同;男性、农民、青壮年、农村、无配偶、低学历SP患者更易肇事肇祸;社会支持和家庭经济状况较差、无医疗保障,可能影响患者就诊,病情得不到控制,会增加肇事肇祸几率。反之,对SP患者进行积极的治疗和监管,可显著降低其肇事肇祸率。

Objective To explore the social demography characteristics of patients with schizophrenia to make troubles and accidents likely,and accumulate clinical data for further perfecting the mechanism treatment and management to these mental patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia to make troubles and accidents likely were randomly extracted and assigned to the study group from psychiatric department of a hospital.So as 100 ordinary patients to the control group.The difference between both groups were compared and analyzed.Results The proportion of patients to be male peasants,in rural area,no a spouse and medical insurance,to have a lower degree of culture and to be 20-39 years old in the study group were significanty higher than those in control group（χ2=13.198,27.123,6.587,26.087,9.758,16.697 and 11.463;P≤0.01）.The social support and economic conditions of family in study group were significanty poorer than those in control group（Z=-3.594 and-4.204,all P0.001）.The frequency of attack and in hospital in study group were significanty less than those in control group（t=-2.529 and-8.402,P=0.012 and 0.000）.D-value between frequency of attack and in hospital in study group was significanty bigger than that in control group（t=5.802,P=0.001）.But there was no significant difference between two groups in population of the family.Conclusion Patients with schizophrenia to make troubles and accidents likely are significantly different from the ordinary patients with schizophrenia in social demography characteristics.Patients with schizophrenia to be a male peasants,in prime of life,in rural area,no a spouse and to have a lower degree of culture maybe make troubles and accidents likely.Because having a poor social support and economic conditions of family and no medical insurance,the patients are interfered with treatment and their illness cannot be controlled,the probability of their making troubles and accidents increase.In turn,the rate of the patients making troubles and accidents fall significantly by giving them a positive treatment and management.
