灾后重建过程中家长群体自我和谐、父母自我效能感和生活满意度

The Relationship between Parents' Self Consistency and Congruency,Self-efficacy and Life Satisfaction in the Reconstruction Process

目的对地震灾后重建过程中家长群体的自我和谐、生活满意度以及父母自我效能感的关系进行研究。方法采用自我和谐量表(SCCS)、生活满意度量表(LSR)和父母自我效能感量表对灾区家长群体进行问卷施测调查。结果①灾后家长群体的自我和谐能够很好的预测父母自我效能感和生活满意度(Beta=-0.316,P<0.001);②灾后家长群体的自我和谐能够很好的通过其父母自我效能感对生活满意度进行预测(Beta1=-0.426,P<0.001;Beta2=0.403,P<0.001)结论提高灾区成年人的自我和谐和父母自我效能感够对灾后重建过程中成人生活满意度有促进作用。

Objective To investigate the relationship of self consistency and congruence with life satisfaction and their self-efficacy.Methods A total of 164 parents in the earth-quake were investigated with questionnaire,self consistency and congruence scale and life satisfaction and self-efficacy.Correlation analysis and multivariate stepwise regression were used on the data.Results Parents＇ self consistency and congruence could predict self-efficacy and life satisfaction（Beta=-0.316,P0.001） to aralyze.Parents＇ self consistency and congruence could predict life satisfaction through their self-efficacy（Beta1=-0.426,P0.001,Beta2=-0.403,P0.001）.Conclusion Improving parents＇ self-efficacy and congruency and self-efficacy in earthquake can promote their life satisfaction during the process of reconstruction.
